To kill or not to kill

There is a Daddy long leg spider suspended behind my headboard on my bed. Its been typically on the ceiling AWAY from me but now has moved so close. I hate killing anything but can't get a cup in that angle to catch it/release. I tried and it jumped then I jumped. Ughhh. Maybe I will spray water on it? I could barely sleep last night. Ideas?

I had a spider who moved into the space above my window around Halloween year before last, and I let him live there until new windows were being installed in my house, and I played that “in the arrrrrmssss of the angellllllls” song by Sarah mcLachlan and took a video of my nephew getting him in a cup, and then I sent that video to everyone I wasn’t too embarrassed to harass with my shenanigans.
But if it’s bothering you to the point of not sleeping and there’s no one to help, maybe killing it is the way to go 😕 Did you try spraying the water, what happened?

@itsok Wow nice..around Halloween too!! Glad you could cup it!! I have not tried the spraying water. I am a bit nervous !!
