I don't have a house but intercom, good that you're reminding me... 😅

3 of the outside lights are out -
#1 just needs a new bulb and I have been lazy about it.
#2 Is hanging out the ceiling by its Power cable.
#3 not sure what's wrong with it but when I turn the light switch it blows the fuse.
But do not worry I have placed duct tape over the switches to remind me not to turn them on.

There is a leak in the roof:
One I had fixed but haven't had the money to fix the stain its left on the ceiling. The other has finally revealed itself with a stain starting.
I haven't gone up into the roof space myself. I think something is living up there.

Had to replace a toilet and need to repaint the walls.

One of the large tiles in the kitchen has a crack I want to get replaced.

We have an outlet in one of the walls that only one plug works the bottom one doesn't.

I've got two windows that should be replaced. That would cost more than a new roof. Window salespeople are as sleazy as car salespeople.

I thought my electric fire was but my dad fixed it. Turns out I was using the wrong remote control the one for my fan 😂. I didn’t need my fire in the winter when the central heating was on constantly though so it mostly went over my head.

I hung a framed Banksy print on a wall that WILL NOT stay level.

Too many to list but we do have a smoke detector in the hall that works but it is hanging by one screw. Why this hasnt been fixed, who knows.

My en suite shower, I had new combi boiler installed, it’s too powerful for that shower, I need to replace it, it’s not technically broken.

I’m not very good with DIY, I have the main shower that I use, so not in a hurry to change it.
