Just a small bssic 3 br 1 bathroom no seperate dunny former houso house. Timber frame on brick foundations with fibro walls covered in plastic pretend weatherboard cladding. Tile roof. Built in the 1950's. I rented it for 5 yrs before buying it in late 2023.
