I did live in a house that the view from the living-room window was the cemetery. Never had a visitor and they never made a sound. God bless them all.
Nimbus · M
@hminuk 👍

Lol…. When living in Cambridge, my house was in front of a grave yard and next to a cathedral (Catholic church)
Dlrannie · 31-35, F
@Soossie Hills Road I assume 😂😂🙂🐼🥢
@Dlrannie

Exactly …. Close to Parker’s Piece ….
Dlrannie · 31-35, F
@Soossie I know it well - I’m a Cambridge girl 🙂🙂
GLITTER · 36-40, F
Yeah but I wouldn’t go outside at night lol
Nimbus · M
@GLITTER 😛
eyeno · M
Of course I would, if the rent was low and closer to work (when I did work).
Definitively would be quiet and peaceful 👍
Nimbus · M
@eyeno True.
Scarfface · 46-50, M
It would be a great house for a cat owner, the cat could explore the graveyard. It'd also be great for someone who believed in the paranormal. I don't see why a ghost would haunt a graveyard though, maybe that was a place they frequented as a youngster to drink strong cider or smoke none legal cigarettes 🤔 I'd love there.

@Scarfface 👍

@Scarfface Great house for a Halloween party!
i live right next to a graveyard... i can look at the graves when i look out of the window
AbbeyRhode · F
Can't see the house too well, but it's a bit creepy, having the cemetery that close.
Nimbus · M
@AbbeyRhode Exactly :)
Nimbus · M
@4meAndyou AWww, why's that?
4meAndyou · F
@Nimbus I refuse to live near cemeteries. We once found a lovely house in our price range, with a back yard dock, huge back yard, right ON a lake, but the front of the house was right across the street from the tall iron gates of a huge cemetery. So we didn't put in an offer because of the cemetery. Which was slightly uphill, BTW. ALL of the effluvia from the bodies would wash downhill through the soil.

In England, especially near a church the vicarage is probably built right on top of a lot of older graves no longer marked by stones.
Nimbus · M
@4meAndyou You have every justification for not buying it :)
akindheart · 61-69, F
wow...pretty cool.

@Justmeraeagain With 6 months free rent?
Nimbus · M
Budwick · 70-79, M
Yes, I believe I would.
I love old churches and graveyards do not bother me - they're very peaceful.
Nimbus · M
@Budwick 👍
craig7 · 70-79, M
No - I couldn't be sure that all the dead would stay under the earth instead of roaming around the old ancestral pile come the hours of darkness.
Crazychick · 36-40, F
No, I'd rather live in a house like one of these (which in fact I do).
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
It’s either a school or a church. No.
Nimbus · M
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Nimbus No. Looks damp & cold in those buildings

Dlrannie · 31-35, F
Is it yours 😂😂😂
Nimbus · M
@Dlrannie How did you know?
Can you give me a valuation? ;)
Dlrannie · 31-35, F
@Nimbus No but I’m sure my Dad could as he’s in the property business 🙂
LilPrincess · 46-50, F
Looks a little pricey to me🙄
Yes i would. The dead wont bother me its the living thats the problem
if only you were allowed to bury dead family in the back yard..
saves on funerals... investigations ... etc etc :)
Alisha233 · 31-35, F
"neighborhood zombie watch" lol
no, to many dying to visit
Elisbch · M
Think of all you could tell your troubles to and they'd never tell you to shut up! 😊👍🏻🤣. Disposing of people you don't like would be easier to!..LOL 🤣😄
Bewilderbeeste · 70-79, M
That's not a house, it's a church.
Nimbus · M
@Bewilderbeeste Living quarters in the foreground.
Bewilderbeeste · 70-79, M
@Nimbus That'll be the vicarage. The vicar lives in it.
Yeah...what's the problem?
smiler2012 · 61-69
{@nimbus] 😆yes nimby i would make my home address six foot under
It would be my simple pleasure. Those neighbors are quiet ones.
JimboSaturn · 56-60, M
Definitely.
Nimbus · M
