It would be a great house for a cat owner, the cat could explore the graveyard. It'd also be great for someone who believed in the paranormal. I don't see why a ghost would haunt a graveyard though, maybe that was a place they frequented as a youngster to drink strong cider or smoke none legal cigarettes 馃 I'd love there.
