How do you feel about New years resolution?

If I want change I make change, I don't need a New Year for such.

I make one just for fun. I don't put much effort or seriousness in them but i like the tradition of it. This year's resolution is to speak spanish better by watching and listening to more media in spanish.

It's a good a time as any to make a positive change.

I don't need to change anything, just continue doing the same things next year ....

I don't even bother thinking about them. It's almost like putting pressure on yourself to change what you know you'll inevitably break!

I can always improve. I rather like it as a reminder to prioritize my bucket list and make progress.

New Year’s resolutions are rubbish, they usually last like 8 days. We should be working on ourselves all year long.

Good decisions can be made at anytime of the year.
I do like the idea of the new year, new start though.

Bunch of bullshit, life is life and you cant plan for what hell is going to come around the corner. Oh you're worried about losing a few kilos then BAM!!! Your cat gets run over, fuck that shit, if someone you love gets hurt then you eat yourself silly and break any fucking new year resolution crap you like.

I think of it as false hopes people give themselves to make them think the next year will be better but truthfully it will never happen. If people want to change things up, they wont wait till a new year. They will get off their ass and do something now

Hope you had a great Christmas and holiday season. I try to make it a point to eat better and get in more movement but then end up coming short. Something i should try to pick up during the course of the year.

Haven't made any since I was an early teen when I realised New Year is just a counter. I have ongoing goals and plans I monitor and track progress against all year. Works well for me.

Yeah, no. If I needed to make changes I wouldn't wait for New Years to promise to make them so I could fail. I make necessary changes or I don't. End of story.

Instead of resolutions, I choose themes for my year! Last year was the year of video games, this year is the year of reading :)

Many years ago, I made a New Year's resolution to never make another New Year's resolution. I have kept that one.

New Year or not, I'm forced to change a few things anyway. I just hope I won't lost too much on the way.
