How do you feel about New years resolution?

People talk about things they need to change for the new year. I'm not changing a damn thing I love myself for who I am my good my bad and my ugly. So how does everyone else feel about the new years resolution thing?

I think of it as false hopes people give themselves to make them think the next year will be better but truthfully it will never happen. If people want to change things up, they wont wait till a new year. They will get off their ass and do something now
