I need to take better care of myself

I woke up in the ER

I got super light headed at work and passed out. I hit my head pretty good. I got stitches and a concussion.

I barely slept or eat anything all weekend. Im not good at putting my needs first.

My blood sugar was very low
Im still struggling with a bladder infection.
I had a headache before I fell.
Only good thing is my heart rate is good.

Aww feel better soon ...that must've been painful and scary. 😕 Maybe think of your body as a vessel..(similar to a vehicle/car).
When our car needs gas or oil, we have to give it to it because it will be sluggish , then not run at all, if we do not. So when you are hungry view it as not some luxury, but a necessity , that your body needs fuel in that moment to run..just like the car would. 💜🌺 And I agree with others that said then you can be there for your kids as well. It is in no way selfish meeting your basic needs..it is necessity 🤗

I am sorry to hear this 😢 I had that happen one time. Well all except for the bladder infection. The whole left side of my face was black and blue. I had 14 stitches in my forehead. Definitely take better care of yourself. You can't care for anyone else when you are in the hospital.

I take it the bladder infection is due to high sugar levels, are you diabetic? Hope you’re feeling a bit better today.

@Primnproper no I'm not. I've never had high blood sugar. It was low from not eating much over the weekend.
The bladder infection is from me holding it to long. I have really bad OCD and phobia of public restrooms.
