Do you do workouts everyday?

How do you keep your self fit? Do you do workouts everyday or?

I'm naturally skinny. I mostly work on my upper body, but it's more to stave off depression than an effort to look good. Also getting out ahead of my family history of high blood pressure.

Lately I do. Since about the beginning of December I've been going to a gym every day, and also dieting. The gym is mainly because I want to lose fat, not muscle. It's working out pretty well so far. I do my full routine only every other day. On the in-between days, I skip a couple of the machines and reduce my time or intensity on some of the others.

I eat pretty healthy 50-75% of the time. Every once in a while (aka every couple of weeks, at most) I drop down and do 40-60 pushups after waking up, before eating (has to do with growth hormone and getting the most bang for your buck when exercising). I also move a lot: my job involves almost constant motion, especially walking.

Workout? Not really. I'm in my 60's, so I do 50 pushups, walk a couple of miles, and do some planks, plus some stretching. I'm too cheap to go to a gym.
A few times a week and a good diet :)

I walk 45 minutes a day.

I exercise five days a week, and eat well. I also drink 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in water, and rooibos tea twice a day. I find it's helped me stay a little slimmer, but I don't know how much of that is in my head.

I just do know that it's really helped, compared to my attempts in the past, to kind of get rid of that little bellyfat.
