Do you do workouts everyday?

How do you keep your self fit? Do you do workouts everyday or?

I eat pretty healthy 50-75% of the time. Every once in a while (aka every couple of weeks, at most) I drop down and do 40-60 pushups after waking up, before eating (has to do with growth hormone and getting the most bang for your buck when exercising). I also move a lot: my job involves almost constant motion, especially walking.
