I exercise five days a week, and eat well. I also drink 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in water, and rooibos tea twice a day. I find it's helped me stay a little slimmer, but I don't know how much of that is in my head.
I just do know that it's really helped, compared to my attempts in the past, to kind of get rid of that little bellyfat.
