@smileylovesgaming Not yet I was hoping it would pass with rest.

My mom felt the same too but she hardly work out. Last year, she got a knee jab and she felt much better. If exercise is something you don’t do, I would suggest you to warm up and spend time doing simple streches at least twice a day if possible. I don’t know your medical condition so best to consult with your Dr on this. Hope you will feel better.

@BetweenLines I'm probably going to have to find one of those orthopedic doctors to see what's going on

Due to injuries in my younger days, continued wear as I worked out over the years, and age, I now how two knee replacements and a shoulder replacement. I had back surgery to relieve unbearable back pain. Now I am (mostly) pain free and enjoying and active life. Many physical pains can be relieved with proper care. Sometimes it means finding the right doctors.

Get yourself checked out by the doctor. And don’t settle for the “take 2 Panadol” routine.

Assuming there is no obvious medical condition (and that should be checked out first) start daily walking.. Just walking..at least a kilometre. two if one doesnt hurt.. But do it most days if not all. The only other question for now is, has a doctor recently started you on statins, cholesterol pills. Some people have a bad reaction to them with joint and back pain..😷

The good news, speaking as someone who HAS lower back pain AND pain in both knees...is that you can easily get cortisone shots in both knees...AND they will allow you to have them every three months if the pain is bad. It's like WOW!!! The pain is gone!
You definitely want an x-ray done of your back...and it is remotely possible that a chiropractor might be helpful. But speak to a REAL doctor first.
