As your body is aging….. what’s declining the quickest…….

My knees and shoulders. And man, do I want to nap more…whatever spurs that on in your late 40’s.

More prone to aches and pains from crouching. I put some cable in some trunking along a skirting board a few weeks ago, and my legs and back felt the effects for a couple of days.

Another big thing is tiredness. I used to get tired more slowly, but nowadays it's like hitting a wall. I'm OK up to a point, but beyond that I just tank...

Memory and vision. Vision a slow decline. Memory seemed to happen after Covid, even though I was never tested positive. I probably still had it. I was sick for a while and often towards the end of Covid pandemic, and after.

It's all connected. My joints are affected the worst. Tendonitis in BOTH wrists...exquisitely painful. Knees, hips, and lower back has sciatica on both sides.

Hearing, due to damage from LOUD work environments when young. Knees, due to injuries when young. I'm cashing the checks I wrote in my youth.

My aching back and joints all over.

My patience, I already had Little but it’s getting worse

there's not a whole lot that doesn't seem to be heading for the 9th. I think my GAF went first, tho.
