Just got back from my dr appointment, because I am getting worse,

i gave decided as it is getting more and more difficult taking care of myself, I am going into a nursing facility as soon as a room is found and financials discussed.

that's probably the best for you. it will take a lot of the burden off you. take it easy and try and get better and not worry about the difficult, day to day things that you cannot take care of or handle.
