Depression, social anxiety... uhh... idk what else

I broke one of my hips three years ago and I'm still not back to full mobility. While I was in hospital they found that my diabetes was out of control and I needed a course of insulin injections to correct that. Luckily I'm now back to just oral meds for that. Getting older is no fun! 🤗

None... I hope.
I have had both knees replaced but they were done seven and six years ago (just before Covid!).
At the moment my fingers are crossed not for me but for a friend who is now awaiting the results of a biopsy.

I have tendonitis in my right wrist, and it never seems to get better. I have a ganglion cyst in my left wrist, which is extremely painful. My left wrist has bumps on it. In order to function most days I have to wrap my wrists in velcro sealing elasticized wraps.

ED from being a porn addict, plus being obese and living a sedentary lifestyle has taken its toll on the ol' fella. But i stay creative in the bedroom and i will try and fix this with lifestyle changes esp exercise to help the metabolism and (hopefully) kickstart testosterone production.
I want to avoid testosterone hormone supplements or viagra or libido boosters etc. As once you start hormone replacement your body could stop producing T on its own and you'll be reliant on pills forever after.

@helenS thanks, this is the place to be our unadultered selves i guess (within the limits of taste and morality) i hope to read someones memoirs here or detailed and deep account of their past, but those type of posts are hard to find, its mostly about the quick fix ego booster posts and digital call-and-response

My knee isn't fully recovered from a sprain a little over a year ago.

My anxiety has gotten to the point where it's impossible to live in spite of. Pretty much an agoraphobic at this point.

My left arm will dislocate if I pick up something too heavy. An old wound that won’t heal.

Vitiligo, I think a pinched nerve, forever tired.
LordShadowfire · 46-50, M
@DoubleRings I think that's everybody over a certain age. Like, we just wake up one day and we're a little tired and that's just how we are from then on.

5 years ago I didn't have breast cancer. Although I technically don't now. They're just hesitant to say it's gone.
