now i am down to 165 lbs. Aren't you sorry you didn't join me in my quest for health.

i gave up sugar, red meat, bread, and crackers....my skin is better and i don't feel so tired. BUT I HAVE LOST 20 LBS.!!!!!!

That's awesome - if your 'natural' figure and shape suit being about 75 kg that's really great. I'm about 80 kg myself and I'm fairly thin framed with too much of a gut (shiftwork, stress, etc.) that I need to sort out.
@zonavar68 just do it....i really got sick and tired of being sick and tired. i am depressed all the time from having the worst life imaginable so i had to divert my anger somewhere else. now i get enough exercise and eat better so that i am losing it. finally. and i am too busy to get so depressed

@DIABLISS I wouldn't just completely stop eating something in particular; I've had some weight gain issues with my medical problems & the medications I've been on. I've had to moderate on some things, but I'd never give them up, regardless of what doctors say I should do
@wildbill83 yeah, but this is just for my diet. i am not NEVER going to have red meat again...but i gave up sugar. and i had some withdrawal and then i felt better. my skin looks better. and red meat never sat well with me. i am still an omnivore, but it doesn't need to be red meat. Then i gave up bread and crackers because i was obsessed with bread and crackers. i think those 4 things are the reason i couldn't lose weight. and i seriously think i am better off.

It was like drinking with me. i only had one to one and a half glasses per day but it got to be EVERY day. so i quit and went on Losartan.

I tried giving up sugar... but it seems like Id rather give up life. How did you do it
@InHeaven i think because of covid. i decided i was gonna bake and cook everyday so we wouldn't go out. well after awhile of all the cookies and cakes and pie i could ever imagine....bleck! i felt like a big fat sweaty sugar ball. i had finally hit bottom so it was easier to just say no finally. and then they said no more quarantine and that is when i said it was time. So i quit sugar cold turkey. and yes i had withdrawal.

@InHeaven i eat alot of chicken and homemade soup and the vegetables from my garden. i really miss crackers
