now i am down to 165 lbs. Aren't you sorry you didn't join me in my quest for health.

i gave up sugar, red meat, bread, and crackers....my skin is better and i don't feel so tired. BUT I HAVE LOST 20 LBS.!!!!!!

I tried giving up sugar... but it seems like Id rather give up life. How did you do it
@SW-User i think because of covid. i decided i was gonna bake and cook everyday so we wouldn't go out. well after awhile of all the cookies and cakes and pie i could ever imagine....bleck! i felt like a big fat sweaty sugar ball. i had finally hit bottom so it was easier to just say no finally. and then they said no more quarantine and that is when i said it was time. So i quit sugar cold turkey. and yes i had withdrawal.
