How do I develop a workout addiction?

I'm serious. I see like alot of addicts turn their food and drug addictions into pumping weights and eating optimal.

It’s different for everyone.

If there was a specific fool proof formula we would all look perfect.

U literally have to find what works for you.

All I can suggest and bring into this is that it takes discipline and consistency.

Sometimes it doesn’t even look how you think it does or should.

You have to figure out how to build your muscles for consistency and showing up for yourself everyday.

For me that’s through a planner. Not at an actual gym yet.

That’s where most ppl give up on them, because they think in order to have one, you have to make millions of future plans and do them. When all you need is just go write about your day in current/past tense. @XxLaYanderexX

Perhaps you have to work up to it slowly: food addiction first, then drugs, then workout.

@XxLaYanderexX I mean, being hot maybe...But health is pretty wholesome, you don't wanna heart attack in your 40's.
