i have a workout addiction going on -i think others are worse than I am but for me things that help feed it are
1) doing activities that i like --like cycling and burpees
2) Not regulating it to blue dot and pink dot things. for example i do yoga and pilates. and i don't care if it makes me appear feminine. (which is silly for the record)
3) I eat a high veggie diet light on meats almost never drink / no recreational drugs outside of caffine.
4) I have a workout room in the house--i don't have to commute to the gym / don't that barrier to getting a workout in
5) I use youtube a lot--follow along with classes.
I think those 5 things help me the most but I am sure some of it happens to be intrinsic / not extrensic.
