How do I develop a workout addiction?

I'm serious. I see like alot of addicts turn their food and drug addictions into pumping weights and eating optimal.

I've tried many times and haven't figured out the best solution for me. Time for me has always been an issue (but not an excuse). Hopefully in retirement next year I will finally figure it out. 😊
Everyone is different and I always found that if I had a workout partner, it always helped.
