How do I develop a workout addiction?

I'm serious. I see like alot of addicts turn their food and drug addictions into pumping weights and eating optimal.

I powerwalk-jog every morning…
September last year, an event happened in my life that made me choose to improve on that. I jog 3.5 miles every morning now and since then
I’ve all but cut out sugars.. a hard evil to break… was for me
Sugar is the devil and the root cause of SOOOO many health issues…
Portion size for meals is another thing I slowly adjusted to as well as eating better..
I didn’t say great. lol. But better..
I also started doing weights again as well. This for toning mostly…
But it was day by day to eventually become routine
