@Nuno I think it can serve a few purposes. It can be an indicator of praise for an uplifting or inspirational post, it can be a signal of agreement, it can be an acknowledgement of a clever joke, etc. It's a little more expressive than the thumbs up and a little more versatile in my opinion.
Eye-rolling! For sure, eye-rolling all day long!! Facepalm I’d rank second place in the negative category.
Hardly use the puke emoji in general so I’d rank it last. And yes, it is somewhat aggressive.
In the positive category, thumbs up is repetitive. If you’re only choosing one positive, we already pretty much have that with the two thumbs up reaction emoji.

The facepalm and eye roll are both good additions. They have a similar use, so either one will be good enough. I don't really miss any positive one, but either a simpler thumbs up or loving hug in addition to the sad one could be useful.
Facepalm definitely better than the eyeroll, I really don't like the negativity in emoji though, I really think it comes across as aggressive and there's no need for that
