When you make a post

and friends and strangers alike show up and go off in all directions with their own conversations that may not even pertain to what you've said, does that bother you?
I like it. It brings people together, if only for a few moments. It's kind of like everybody comes to Tumbleweed's to chill. 🤗
Primnproper · 56-60, F
I'm happy if people are interacting on my posts. The only time i step in is if someone is giving someone grief or being a bully.
Primnproper · 56-60, F
@Tumbleweed Nope i don't tolerate rudeness or bad behaviour..
Tumbleweed · F
@Primnproper I admit I have let them have at it simply because the one who started it deserved what she got. I didn't need to step in because girlfriend was holding her own very well!

In the past at least if I posted about something totally ridiculous and then suddenly people are arguing about Politics or Trump, that's irritating.

One time I created a selfie post that for some reason became very popular, but then that went off in the direction of men showing us their tackle, full on🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣

@AbsolutelyFabulous I hate it when it resorts to that … ugh
@Kiesel Who thinks Kamala is going to win?
SaorUladh · 26-30, M
@AbsolutelyFabulous
Shit. I must have missed that. Now where am I mean to post all my nudes? 😠
Matt85 · 36-40, M
it doesn't bother me at all.
thats why they call it chat
and not a formal discussion. :)
I don't mind, if I don't want the notifications I just switch them off. People are allowed to chat with each other. I just delete the random pervs 😏
Tumbleweed · F
Don’t know why people get so bent out of shape about it as you can always elect to stop receiving notifications of comments on threads.

LadyJ · F
No it doesn't bother me atall..i like to see people interacting and especially laughing together
SW-User
I'm okay with their conversations.
I'm more annoyed with the notifications.

Having said that, I stopped making posts, so that is no longer an issue.
candycane · 31-35, F
@SW-User my notifications haven't worked right in monthes
SW-User
@candycane I am talking of a time before all these changes came through. On my old profile.
Pinkstarburst · 51-55, F
I love it! It’s like my post is a coffee shop that people have come into and have seen someone they know.
Tumbleweed · F
Blondily · F
I don't mind. I leave coffee and snacks for them while they chat away.

Blondily · F
@Degbeme Just follow the trail
Fairydust · F
No I don’t care, it’s nice people can interact with each other, unless it’s nasty.
ChipmunkErnie · 70-79, M
What bothers me is when I think I've said something VERY plainly and yet someone will totally misunderstand what i said, and THEN continue to misunderstand any further explanation/simplification of the original statement. It's like they can only heard what they want to hear and they block out anything/everything but their preconceptions.
Tumbleweed · F
@ChipmunkErnie True, that is exhausting...
Sutten · 36-40, F
I don't mind :)
Kiesel · 56-60, M
I’m okay with it until it takes like a million degrees turn then I’m like WTAF!!!
Tumbleweed · F
@Kiesel Again...
Kiesel · 56-60, M
@Tumbleweed still?
Tumbleweed · F
@Kiesel Still
RubySoo · 56-60, F
It depends. I don't mind it to a point, but its happened where its somehow become political between peeps.who clearly have beef with each other and i ended up deleting all their comments.
4meAndyou · F
🤔🤔🤔 I HAVE experienced yards and yards of notifications from one or two posts in the past. And that's okay. I don't need to look at all of them.
Degbeme · 70-79, M
@4meAndyou Why are they showing up in your yard? 🤔
Nope, not at all...until it becomes an organized gang attack. Then I will just delete them.
If the unruly toddlers persist, they get sent to timeout. Simple.
SaorUladh · 26-30, M
I havent made any posts on this account yet 😅 but It never used to bother me on my old account. If the notifications were too frequent, I'd just turn them off
Jeephikelove · 51-55, F
I like it too, doesn’t bother me unless they bring politics into it and start arguing. Or start arguing period.
Rutterman · 46-50, M
No, it doesn't bother me at all. I'm happy to provide a forum for others to talk to one another.
HannahSky · F
It's kind of funny, usually.
Tumbleweed · F
@HannahSky it really is!
HannahSky · F
@Tumbleweed people go off on some wild stuff lol

I would never do anything like that.
MrBrownstone · 46-50, M
No. I am pro free speech
WrinklySchlong · 100+, M
Good morning
ChiefJustWalks · 26-30
I'm coo with it but then if I reply I almost feel like I'm interrupting their conversation even though it's my own post 😅
Tumbleweed · F
@ChiefJustWalks same!! I just refill their glass & them chat away!
Yep. I don't mind at all. If I could afford it, drinks would be on the house!
Tumbleweed · F
HobNoblin · 36-40, M
No I don't much thonk about it. People read the post, that's the main thing.
bookerdana · M
I've had that happen and they didn't even know whose post they were on😀
PalteseMalconFunch · 36-40, T
No it doesn’t bother me at all I like it for the same reason.
Justmeraeagain · 56-60, F
As long as they're not arguing -I do not like that.
Zaphod42 · 51-55, M
I let it go on while I’m quietly annoyed by it 😂
Donotfolowme · 51-55, F
Hahaha soon it becomes a pub where people get drunk and open their Pandora box of issues and here I get notifications after notifications. I absolutely love it 🙄😏
Tumbleweed · F
@Donotfolowme Me too girl!! I think it's awesome!
Donotfolowme · 51-55, F
@Tumbleweed right 😐
Im so late to this party.... but i fully agree.

I think its a compliment 🤗
I think its a nice little bit of 'good vibe' if your post starts branching and people chat.

That's how conversation works.🤷‍♀
Bang5luts · M
Is that what you called me over here for?
Tumbleweed · F
@Bang5luts yesh
DDonde · 31-35, M
I understand it

@Convivial That's my point, I've seen people get pretty upset about it..
Convivial · 26-30, F
