Really, nobody needs to yell.
It's a crap strategy generally, betraying a loss of control and bad manners.

Anybody yelling like that in a work environment needs to be fired…
DeluxedEdition · 26-30, F

@chrisCA Excuse me?! Yes I do! You don’t know me!
chrisCA · M
@LaylaTheTallGirl You told me enough.
LaylaTheTallGirl · 22-25, F
@chrisCA No the hell I didn’t! Besides you can’t just say things if you don’t know the whole story!
DunningKruger · 61-69, M
When I was young, I was yelled at many, many times that I did nothing to deserve.
You don't know what other people are going through or why they react the way they do. Learn a little empathy. Be better.

@DunningKruger Same here. Back in middle school, the teachers would yell at us and if we didn't get any assignments right, a few of them would call the class "Pathetic". When I was finishing a test back in the 8th grade and she told us to put our pencils down, I guess I was too busy trying to complete a questionnaire and she yelled if I was deaf or something. Back then, screaming and yelling was the only solution to any class problem.
Maybe that person is going through a lot that you don't know about and you (general) karening about something puts them over the edge. How about not yelling and talk to him or her in an adult manner?
LaylaTheTallGirl · 22-25, F
@Spunkylama if it’s over a little thing, they better suck it up!

Hey I'm diagnosed with Asperger's and yes people do need yelled at but however there is a way to talk to somebody and a way not to talk to somebody. Every matter did you bring up that you complain about you're always yelling about somebody or saying something negative about people everything you post is always negative and bad why can't you say something positive like how is everybody doing here on similar worlds or hey what did you do today. So let me yell at you and say hey you need to consider people's emotions and feelings and just because you don't care other people do care.
pride49 · 31-35, M
The issue is if I am being yelled at it is usually done by an idiot. Therefore ANY logic added to my comments have zero impact because they lack the facility to understand them. So yeah
Peaceandnamaste · 26-30, F
You are so heartless and you're a psychopath that needs to be locked up in a mental institution. You sound like you have no sympathy for anybody, have some morals and compassion.
SnailTeeth · 36-40
Emotional reactions can be irrational and overwhelming, emotions don't normally come from a place of logic, and aren't always controllable.
If anything, it sounds like you're galvanising yourself in your learned abusive behaviors, instead of learning to empathise and realise that throwing tantrums at people is just as abnormal. Throwing tantrums is worse than crying, due to the tyranny you are trying to impose. But yes, some people are emotional terrorists, and feign crying as a ploy to get their way; which is also a form of abusive behavior.

Except if it is done by a whack job who belongs in an asylum. I don't need that shit

Why the hell do you keep saying negative things about people that are hurt or having a certain disability or whatever the heck it is it seems you need to read literature about psychology and the emotions of people and how positive influence creates positive reactions negative influence has negative reactions you bring nothing but negative
LaylaTheTallGirl · 22-25, F
@AJ023 What’s that supposed to mean?
Barefooter25 · 46-50, M
I was at the receiving end of being yelled at when I was in elementary school and when playing little league ball as a kid. Some of it may have been my fault for not doing homework but other times was for some idiotic unnecessary reasons by teachers who cared more about discipline than educating.
tallpowerhouseblonde · 36-40, F
This is workplace bullying and is punishable by dismissal.Anyone that yells at others in the workplace finds this out quickly when they become unemployed. An employer is open to legal action for allowing workplace bullying and will act quickly to stamp it out.
Strongtea · 22-25, M
I find it hard not to cry when people shout at me etc to be honest. I hate it.
PetiteJulie01 · 22-25, F
@Strongtea well that’s because you’re a sensitive baby. Man up!
Strongtea · 22-25, M
That would upset me irl@PetiteJulie01
Peaceandnamaste · 26-30, F
@PetiteJulie01 downvoted and reported the admins need to see your heartless and psychopathic posts.
If its a little thing, why are you yelling?
Tres13 · 51-55, M
Hurt feelings, need safe place to cry

I yell not because the other was wrong, but because I can't handle the circumstances calmly at my end. It's my disability to mange thing in better & beautiful way. I could have done it more gracefully.
Unfortunately, there are many other that behave like me.

Maybe because some have been bullied or abused like I have or some might have disabilities. There’s no need to shout or yell at anyone , studies have shown that doesn’t work.

Some people have severe PTSD and yelling can be extremely triggering to them because they have a traumatic childhood maybe you should learn to understand people instead of being a part of the problem.
Zonuss · 41-45, M
It could be trauma or empaths

@tallpowerhouseblonde After digging into my work bag I will go a lot further. I love to discipline women in my way.
tallpowerhouseblonde · 36-40, F
@jeancolby I can imagine how you would too.
jeancolby · 31-35, F
@tallpowerhouseblonde Its always great to watch how these wayward women react to their punishment, some totally give in at the end and accept their fate knowing there is no escape.
