Has she? I'm not entirely sure. Regardless, there are lots of superheroes and supervillains without superpowers. Although I dislike Batman a lot these days. I loved the old school Batman but he's become such a touchstone for annoying emo teenagers, talking in that dumb ass voice of his and saying things like "I am the night" or whatever.

The Huntress and the Punisher have no powers either, neither does Green Arrow. I would say Black Canary has no powers, but she has that sonic screech. Which reminds me of the rivalry between Huntress and Canary in the Justice League telly show. I like Black Canary but Huntress was dope as hell, I liked her better.

@VioletRayne: I do believe the Atom is able to grow but I may be mistaken. The Atom is significantly more powerful than Ant-Man or other size-based superheroes like Micron or Giganta. He has complete molecular control over his body, which means he is rivaled only by characters like the Flash or Plastic Man.

Yes, but in order to be one of the worst heroes, you have to have really lame powers. The Flash is one of maybe three DC characters that has complete molecular control over his body (the others being the Atom and Plastic-Man) which makes him ridiculously powerful.
