The Flash is one of the most powerful heroes in all of DC Comics so if you think he's the worst then you must be completely ignorant to it.

Yes, but in order to be one of the worst heroes, you have to have really lame powers. The Flash is one of maybe three DC characters that has complete molecular control over his body (the others being the Atom and Plastic-Man) which makes him ridiculously powerful.
