I highly doubt that the Moon -- that is, Earth's Moon is inhabited by shape-shifting lizards. (Maybe in the mind of some Science Fiction writer's imagination, perhaps, but not in our reality as we know it)

Also, some claim that the Apollo 11 Lunar Landing of 1969 is fake, while others claim it actually happened and if the aforementioned Lunar Landing was real, then I doubt that Neil Armstrong encountered and Alien Moon-Dwelling beings and if the Lunar Landing was fake then there would be no actual way to prove (or disprove) the existence (or nonexistence) of shape-shifting lizards or any alien Moon-dwelling beings of any sort.
