I've seen a guy get released when he said compulsory jury duty violated his Constitutional right against involuntary servitude. Nice move on his part.
DeluxedEdition · 26-30, F
@graphite does this also apply to a draft
graphite · 61-69, M
@DeluxedEdition It absolutely should. Right now, we have men required to sign up for Selective Service while women are exempt. But there hasn't been an actual military draft in 50 years.
Nebula · 41-45, F
I said I don't feel like I have the right to judge other people, that worked and it's better than being labeled a racist
DeluxedEdition · 26-30, F
@Nebula I know who I am. I don't care if anyone "labels me."
Nebula · 41-45, F
@DeluxedEdition I would hate to be thought of as a racist

Don’t have to go that far, just remember the phrase…
“No your honor, I don’t think I can set aside my prejudices.”
DeluxedEdition · 26-30, F
@Dustyhands That's how you say it professionally. ;)
Muthafukajones · 46-50, M
I get huge insurance benefits if I have jury duty. I’d totally do it for the break from work!
DeluxedEdition · 26-30, F
@Muthafukajones I would go just go the tea (gossip)
Fentonisfree · 51-55, M
