How does one change doctor's? Also can you put in a complaint if you don't agree with their decisions?

I really don't like or trust my oncologist.

Request all (notes, images, tests, etc) records from your current doctor, let scheduling know you are leaving do they don't bug you and then find one you like and trust and make an appointment. It helps if they are covered by your insurance but, when talking about oncology, I'd go with the best you can find.
It depends where you live. In my country, there is a College of Physicians, where complaints can be lodged. Also here one can sue doctors called malpractice. Speak with a lawyer.

Get a 2nd opinion - I did and in my case it put my mind at ease....I had to pay, but I really needed to do it.

That is not good. You need an oncologist who will work with you in your treatment.

You employ them. You can ask GP for another referral.

Probably depends if you have PPO or HMO

Looks like you need to find a different oncologist in your network.
