How does one change doctor's? Also can you put in a complaint if you don't agree with their decisions?

Request all (notes, images, tests, etc) records from your current doctor, let scheduling know you are leaving do they don't bug you and then find one you like and trust and make an appointment. It helps if they are covered by your insurance but, when talking about oncology, I'd go with the best you can find.
