How does one change doctor's? Also can you put in a complaint if you don't agree with their decisions?

I really don't like or trust my oncologist.

It depends where you live. In my country, there is a College of Physicians, where complaints can be lodged. Also here one can sue doctors called malpractice. Speak with a lawyer.
