Do a lot of men my age find so many much younger can't keep up with us

I have 15-20 something years olds quit and can't keep up with me in the ginseng fields. That's just picking rock on only a 6 acre field. They can't last past 4 hrs and I even let them swap out driving a tractor.

My family and me can pick rock for 9 hrs with a half hr lunch and still keep going if we need to.

I don't drive the tractor, they make lazy and slow. I rather let everyone else drive. I pick rock all day by hand and I'm 57

My hubby is close to your age bracket and I’m 11 years younger than he. Idk how he has way more energy than I do. I need a nap like 3x a day and he works his butt off and does circles around me.

when i play golf, i am often the only one walking, pulling or pushing a car, while the younger guys ride in a power cart.

ABSOLUTELY!!

as long as a person takes care of themselves, they can be extremely active in their 60s and above. theres no substitute for taking good care of yourself.
