The butt end of the rifle is supposed to be pressed firmly against the shoulder and her eye is supposed to be away from the scope, not pressed into it.
Other than that, the posture's decent, except for one thing...
And that's to stand with one leg back for better stability when she squeezes the trigger, otherwise, the recoil would land her flat on her back.
