What's something that makes you feel old?

Seeing people much younger or my age in all these formal positions like doctors, nurses, optometrists, teachers, bank clerks... I'm used to talk to these aunties and old men being in the sort of position of authority, possesing the knowledge in their field. So yeah, this is pretty new to me and it makes me feel like I should also be able to at least pretend to be the professional in what I do. 😅

I wasn't much older than you when, at a pub having a cold one, I started talking to a young man and in our conversation, I mentioned when I graduated high school... he responded with "that's the same year my mother graduated!".

My godson turned 22 last week. He’s 6’2". I have a picture on a shelf holding him when he was about 6 mos old. And it doesn’t feel like it was that long ago.

my oldest is 32. it just doesnt seem right. LOL

My resentment towards self checkout. Lol
