When’s the last time you hugged your best friend?

I read somewhere that you need four hugs a day for survival, eight hugs a day for maintenance, and twelve hugs a day for growth. I’m lucky if I get eight hugs a [i]year[/i]! ☹️

Like 4-5 years ago when I last pound hug my best friend. Covid happened soon after, and due to circumstances we went separate ways. I lost it all since then.

This summer when I last saw him. I'm going to spend time with him at the end of this month though ☺️
