Friday meal that I loved

I had Fish,chips and mushy peas,followed by sticky toffee pudding and vanilla ice cream.

Rice cooked in chicken stock, topped with Southern Hopping John and served with fall apart sirloin tip roast beef

My last meal today was a Wendy’s single with cheese. 🤭😋

It’s in my colon right now preparing for blastoff.

It was just ritz crackers and a piece of cheese and a carrot

I just had two eggs over easy with toast and a green salad

I made some blueberry oven pancakes. got a couple left but I'm feeling meh about taking photos.

Well, unfortunately I can't post a photo...I ate it all last night! It was the last of my turkey meatloaf covered in Sweet Baby Ray's sugar free BBQ sauce, with Southern Style spicy collard greens, and Macaroni and cheese.

But I already ate it. Do you want me to throw it up for you? 🤮

I ate soucy fish and rice with a glass of red wine 🍷
