I think I eat too much peanut butter

mindstruggle · 31-35, F
I am made of peanut butter. The trick is I usually buy 2 jars. When I'm finish with the first jar I'll be like..."Oh there's one more jar, I didn't eat too much peanut butter today!!"
MPath37 · 51-55, M
@itsok over consumption of peanut butter? There is such a thing?
itsok · 31-35, F
@MPath37 maybe not
mindstruggle · 31-35, F
@itsok
Mine is nothing compared to that guy. 🫡
reading this while eating peanut butter with a spoon.

ironic, lol
itsok · 31-35, F
@Bexsy I’m eating it with a fork 😂
Gibbon · 70-79, M
@Bexsy The only way. I always have several jars of Natural Jif with Honey on hand.
TurtlePink · 22-25, F
I have to live with a man who literally walks around the house all day eating it out of the damn jar 🙄 .
Plasticbag · 100+, M
Haven’t had any for years..not since I learned they give it to the PG Tips chimps to make them move their mouths
Coralmist · 41-45, F
My favorite is Skippy Naturals with honey. Mm it's really good. What kind do you like?
itsok · 31-35, F
@Coralmist the aldi one, it’s just peanuts and salt. I’ve had the honey ones, they’re good
Ferric67 · M
@Coralmist a honey and peanut butter sandwich was my mid day snack yesterday...after that, i got a haircut and then dealt with a fall pick up in my yard
Hello there, I hate peanut butter and jelly last night my Blood sugar was 157 and woke this morning with it being 238 course I'm Type 2 Diabetic on Ozempic and a bunch of other Diabetes medications.
itsok · 31-35, F
@TheStraightEdgeSociety do peanuts cause a spike?
@itsok I hear it's good for low blood sugars, not sure ?
Ferric67 · M
@TheStraightEdgeSociety the jelly is pure sugar
Pfuzylogic · M
You can replace your meats with peanut butter as long as there isn’t added sugar! If a vegan it can take place of the beans. 🤤
But jelly is a pure indulgence!
itsok · 31-35, F
@Pfuzylogic I didn’t have meat today, but I did have beans and peanut butter. It doesn’t have any added sugar, but my jam doesn’t either 😁
Pfuzylogic · M
@itsok I will confess that the Orange Marmalade spoke to me at the store! 😵‍💫 It told me also that “there is no added sugar.”
Heartlander · 80-89, M
I believe a depression era combination was a mixture of peanut butter and syrup. It was still pretty popular when I was aa kid. Stirred together then on a slice of bread and a glass of cold milk.
pancakeslam · 41-45, M
also can you mark this fetish? tks
itsok · 31-35, F
@pancakeslam so sorry. I should’ve added a trigger warning too
deadteddy · 26-30, F
Have you seen the ones with chocolate ? It’s yummy
itsok · 31-35, F
@deadteddy noooo. I mix mine with jam sometimes
MPath37 · 51-55, M
Justin's Honey Peanut Butter is my favorite.
itsok · 31-35, F
@MPath37 I think I’ve had the Justin’s almond butter
I used to eat it every single day. When I stopped I lost 50 pounds.
Morpheus · 46-50, M
One can never have too much peanut butter.
JRVanguard · 26-30, M
I don’t think that exists so you’re good
DownTheStreet · 56-60, M
The first step is admitting it
RSquared · 61-69, M
Is that even possible?
itsok · 31-35, F
@MarbleMarvel well if you say so 😌
slorollin · 41-45, M
Degbeme · 70-79, M
No such thing.
Muthafukajones · 46-50, M
It's dangerous. Too much fat and sugar.
@itsok Wow, what brand is that?
itsok · 31-35, F
@MsSwan it’s the simply nature brand from Aldi
Wol62 · 51-55, M
@MsSwan Now you tell me, I eat jars of it.
hunkalove · 61-69, M
A lot of serial killers eat peanut butter.
itsok · 31-35, F
@hunkalove I bet they drink water like I do too
hunkalove · 61-69, M
@itsok Some of the really bad ones!
AgentOfChaos · 36-40, M
I know you do when your stool not only resembles it but smells like it too.
deadgerbil · 26-30
Straight out of the jar?
itsok · 31-35, F
@deadgerbil yep
deadgerbil · 26-30
@itsok the bites lol
itsok · 31-35, F
@deadgerbil that was my favorite part lol
Fa8393 · 41-45, M
Sure you did , but you enjoyed it alot . Don't feel guilty
Rolexeo · 26-30, M
At least you're using it for what it's meant for
Is there such a thing as too much peanut butter?
I eat just the right amount
Tracos · 51-55, M
Eating peanut butter is zooooo easy....
What is too much?
itsok · 31-35, F
@NerdyPotato half a pound a week
pancakeslam · 41-45, M
the trick is to add it to chocolate so you eat less of it
itsok · 31-35, F
@pancakeslam I don’t eat whole peanuts very often. I have raw cashews and some pistachios I snack on every once in a while
pancakeslam · 41-45, M
@itsok err can ask why you are avoiding refined sugar even in small quantities? I know thats better but I have not taken such a drastic step hahah.
itsok · 31-35, F
@pancakeslam my body just hasn’t been feeling great this entire year, so I’m trying to be better with what I consume to see if it has any effect. I also stopped consuming any oils other than olive oil and occasionally avocado oil, and I’ve made some other changes. I don’t think I’ve had any wheat or caffeine either
iamonfire696 · 41-45, F
What’s your favourite brand?
iamonfire696 · 41-45, F
@itsok We don’t have Aldi here, my kids like Kraft but I like the Adam’s natural peanut butter which is peanuts and salt.
itsok · 31-35, F
@iamonfire696 I’ve seen the Adam’s. Walmarts brand also has one that’s just peanuts and sea salt
iamonfire696 · 41-45, F
@itsok I haven’t tried that one before. I will have too, thanks.
Moneyonmymind · 31-35, M
Peanut butter is awesome
MethDozer · M
