@pancakeslam I haven’t had any processed sugar in a couple months, but I found a jam that’s 100% fruit. It’s been a nice treat, but I fear I’m treating myself too much

@itsok on the bright side peanuts are healthy. I prefer eating whole ones though.

@pancakeslam I don’t eat whole peanuts very often. I have raw cashews and some pistachios I snack on every once in a while

@itsok err can ask why you are avoiding refined sugar even in small quantities? I know thats better but I have not taken such a drastic step hahah.

@pancakeslam my body just hasn’t been feeling great this entire year, so I’m trying to be better with what I consume to see if it has any effect. I also stopped consuming any oils other than olive oil and occasionally avocado oil, and I’ve made some other changes. I don’t think I’ve had any wheat or caffeine either
