another instance where I cannot choose just one "favorite"
pretty much any variant of one with chocolate, coffee and/or vanilla (including cookie bits, cookie dough, chocolate chips) is something I like, along with mint, pistachio, coconut
Gelato Fiasco's "Sunken Treasure" flavor also includes bits of pretzels, and is very good
green tea is another one I like, plus a Thai ice cream I once had but I don't know / remember specifically what flavors were present

@ThirstenHowl Perhaps I misspoke a little about wine. I do pick up on the many differences in nose and taste. I just don't find most of them particularly pleasing whether with food or without. I would rather have a cold Yuengling than a glass of what experts would classify as an exceptional Burgundy.

@MoveAlong My grandfather’s eggnog recipe included bourbon à la vanille. The last Christmas that he was in my life he sent me two bottles.

@PinkMoon I love how there's this whole prejudice against vanilla flavor, like vanilla has become the euphemism for basic and plain. MF, it was only a century or two ago that vanilla was impossible to obtain unless you hopped on a ship and crossed the ocean to go to India, and then asked around and hoped that somebody spoke your language and could direct you to someone who knew where it grew.
