@Wiseacre simple, I used 1 cup of creamer, tablespoon butter, melt the butter over low heat stir in half cup of Parmesan cheese, heat to blend and thicken. To help thick I put in a teaspoon of corn starch. Careful not to boil

I had a setving of hot crispy chips from the work canteen. It was not my usual dinner. But there were only rip-off sandwiches with a little filling towards the front, and the rest just bread. Or junk food.
