What is a good way to cook Brussel Sprouts?

Inquiring minds want to know. I'm thinking a frying pan little oil, little garlic, lots of butter. Many some hot peppers to add some bite to it.

The very best way is to toss them directly into the trash, lol
Cut them in half and cut up bacon with them in pan
Butter salt and pepper
Tracos · 51-55, M
mash them with mashed potatoes and some fried bacon bits
I used to steam them but now I can't have 5hem. Or I have to lay low.
@metaldog I had heart valve surgery so I have to take warfarin and it interacts with vita k. I have a mechanical heart valve.
@Spoiledbrat oh sorry you've had heart troubles, it's interesting how some vitamins interfere with medication. I thought you had to lay low because of gas lol
@metaldog Oh lolol 😆🤣

I remember having them once when I was a kid and I almost puked. But I felt the same way about broccoli and I love it now. I keep thinking about trying Brussel sprouts but i didn't know how to cook them.

I steam mine, then i put them in a pan with melted butter and a dash of lemon juice and some salt and pepper. :)
I steam them and let them swim in gravy or cheese sauce
@metaldog Ha you steam them too

I like them roasted with garlic and olive oil.

That sounds good
drizzle mine with honey then dip in cayenne pepper a sprinkle of salt at 12 minutes in a 375 degree air fryer. shake halfway through cooking
Ferric67 · M
I've cooked them many ways
my favorite is to stir fry them with bacon
you can add small bits of granny smith apple
top with a little gorgonzola cheese

If you have an indoor grill, toss them in a bowl, coat them with olive oil, a little garlic powder, and a little salt, then grill.
I either steam or boil them then serve them cold with olive oil and lemon.
