What is a good way to cook Brussel Sprouts?

Inquiring minds want to know. I'm thinking a frying pan little oil, little garlic, lots of butter. Many some hot peppers to add some bite to it.

@SW-User I had heart valve surgery so I have to take warfarin and it interacts with vita k. I have a mechanical heart valve.
