Soy-teriyaki blend

I would go with the Teriyaki & Sesame Oil. The Teriyaki has Soy in it as well as Ginger, Sake, and sugar... I think that would give you a much more flavorful dish

I'm not an expert on Korean cuisine but, thinking about the flavours of Kimchi, I'd be tempted towards Teriyaki with a dash of Sweet & Sour.

Soy-teriyaki blend for sure.
But if you asked my boy he'd say put ketchup on it lol

I wouldn’t use the teriyaki alone, but any of the others might work.

I have dark soy , light soy , chilli oil and sesame oil …and teriyaki

Throw some fried garlic in there in oil before you add the sauce

Tamarind water/yoghurt/tomato puree/(white vinegar perhaps) most likely will get you the needed taste of sauce.
