I'm easy :) ALL of the above .... except maybe the Irish coffee. It's not about the Irish but about the mix.

Pousse Cafe (coffee) is the French equivalent, and likewise popular. Mixing coffee and whiskey has a way of undercutting the great taste of both the whiskey and the coffee.

Anyways I do not drink any coffee really as do not like taste 🤷🏼‍♀️

My preference is usually more simple. Black, not too strong, with sweetener. I do change it up at times though and I usually go for mocha or cappuccino.

In the summer I like blueberry coffee with a splash of almond milk. No sugar.

Cappuccino powder + add lots of milk

That's my home coffee

With the exception of Irish Coffee, I like a deep, black coffee with a wee bit of sweetner that's strong enough to float an iron wedge.

Double shot of espresso with a dash of milk.

Or sometimes a Triple shot of espresso with milk

Cappuccino. I love affogato as well.
