Hope that doesn’t get you in trouble
ShaythePanTransMan · 22-25, T
@MizzBella I guess you don’t mind losing a customer like that haha
MizzBella · 31-35, T
@ShaythePanTransMan Hell no she does the same shit everytime she comes in. She's rude to all of us. We are busy as is and losing her won't affect our bottom line.
ShaythePanTransMan · 22-25, T
@MizzBella that’s annoying
Well that’s good

The customer is always right. U lost your cool........🙁
MizzBella · 31-35, T
@JustLikeGreta stupid old bitch wasnt letting me speak or do anything
Carissimi · 70-79, F
@MizzBella You should find another line of work. Customer service is not your strong point. I’d have reported you to management if you’d spoken to me that way.

I’ve worked retail for a few years, the first thing I was told when I got hired is the customer isn’t always right and it’s true they will argue about something ridiculous sometimes & it does take so much patience to work with rude and annoying customers. I’ve been in lots of scenarios where I had to hold hack & even once cried from humiliation after a customer left @JustLikeGreta

lol maybe don't work in anything that includes communicating with customers
Having owned two restaurants in the past I can empathize with you. People seem to be at their very worst behavior when at a restaurant/cafe. While I never screamed at a customer many times I felt like it.

Once this couple pulled in to my parking lot in what must have been a half million dollar RV rig. They asked for coffee and started complainingg about my not having a stupid senior discount. I took the coffee back and poured it down the drain telling them, "My freshly ground imported coffee isn't good enough for you, Theres a McDonald half mile down the road. There you will have your cheap senior discount!"

The left slamming the door. Then struggled trying to get their expensive rig
out of the parking lot. I hollered down, "Have a great day!" and laughed my fool head off.😝

Not professional. She wasn’t mean or offensive to you, so you need to work on your patience and anger management skills.
MizzBella · 31-35, T
@Carissimi she was snippy and rude
wow. next time you have a customer like this you should include a basic time frame with your response. Give them fewer questions to ask by answering things that are obvious to you, but not them, before they ask.
MizzBella · 31-35, T
@TwiddlerofThumbs I did tell her roughly 3 to 5 minutes. I explained we didn't have what she wanted on tap and what I was going to do. She was impatient
@MizzBella Some people are just assholes. There is no pleasing them if they don;t care to be pleased.
MizzBella · 31-35, T
@TwiddlerofThumbs she's been here before and each time it's the same old shit

Kill them with kindness next time

While that wasn't professional, I can understand the feelings behind it, lol. People are fucking annoying as hell sometimes.
Ryannnnnn · 31-35, M
I've had to deal with people like that and worse, they're the reason I don't work jobs like that anymore..
curiosi · 61-69, F
Some people need to be put in their place. Hope things got better after that.
