My late husband was half Afro-Cuban, and my MIL taught me how to cook some of her dishes. He loved Creole food, which was my specialty and often I would also surprise him with Cuban Picadillo, which he’d loved since he was a child. 🥹

I'm a big romantic sap and I like to leave notes, letters and poems around for them to find.
