Or what cereal box do you think is the best. I pick Cinnamon Toast Crunch hands down. They are the most delicious cereal ever! Nobody beats them. Fruity Pebbles is close though. 😂 Frosted Flakes is good too. Of course recently I prefer to eat more healthier ones such as Honey Bunches of Oats and Fiber One. What do you think and is the best cereal. Best bowl.wins. 😊
Since it really all comes down to personal tastes and the addictive nature of sugar... ! :-)
I rarely buy anything by Kelloggs nowadays, despite having been brought up on their Cornflakes.
I tend instead to buy the own-brand or dedicated brands in places like Lidls instead, such as the Harvest Morn rangwe. They are cheaper - and they are not overloaded with sugar and salt. Despite a sweet tooth I do try to limit my eating of those two ingredients.
Most of those in the illustrations are aimed at making children obese and toothless!
@Zonuss I haven't, but I do admit that many of those brands are not sold in the UK.
However, there are equivalents, and among them, there is very little sugar in 'Weetabix', 'Shredded Wheat' and a spoon-sized version of those, whose name I forget. The Harvest Morn and Co-Op conflakes are not especially sweet, either.
@Matt85 No seriously though...a plate of macaroni n cheese has about the same amount of sugar as a bowl of Kix. And nowadays most of these cereals aren't nearly as sweet as they were 20 years ago. 🥣
I used to eat the sweet cereal, until I developed diabetes. Now I just eat the bland stuff, for the fiber and added nutrients. I do not eat a lot of vegetables.
