Do you socialize frequently on weekends?

I rarely did when I was on my own. There's a few stories on here about less than good outcomes when I am on my own at a bar/club. But since I've been back with my girlfriend (now fiance), we go out a lot. I'm not a big fan of crowds, but I LOVE dancing. I love just closing my eyes and letting the music flow through me. It's like a whole different plane of existence for me. So, with my fiance, I do that. When we are not dancing, I'm typically sitting quietly as she socializes with people we know. I'm not social at all in loud environments (which they all are).

Not these days, getting too old for that and the culture has changed.when I was teens, twenties and thirties there was a drinking, partying culture where I lived. Going to the pub / bar was something you did most nights. It was where you met, caught up with people, socialised. No social media back then, so meeting others was how you kept in touch.
Looking back I drank too much, partied too hard, had perhaps too many dates / sexual partners, definitely too many fights.
In many ways I do miss that life, it's sad that it's pretty much disappeared and young people aren't getting out and about as freely, but life moves on and I'm sure in 40 years or so some who might be reading this will be feeling the same about their youth.

Yes. We don’t go out but we usually have a lot of visitors over to swim and cook out. Mostly family and close friends or the kids’ friends.

My socialising takes place on a golf course or club house. Most i know but there's always a new face in the crowd.

With my wife, she's the social butterfly and I become a wallflower

Not often. I tend to read, do garden work, or go for a bike ride on the weekends. I socialize when I get invited out, which happens sometimes, but not all that often overall.

I see my friends for hikes or lunch/dinner, or even just go to their house but i probably only go to bars a couple of times a year. I went to bars so much when I was in my teens and 20s that I have no desire to go at this age

Very rarely, if we do go out it's to our cigar lounge because they all know us there and I'm very comfortable there

No, I don't socialize at all. I prefer being by myself.

No, I don't really have any friends. I try to spend time with my family and I work a shit ton of hours.
