What's your go-to Breakfast ?

Cheerios and coffee...no prep and it fills you up

Here in the kung fu school my breakfast is always the same, soya milk (adding hot water to powder), one or two boiled eggs, a banana or other fruit, bread and tahini (sesame spread) :)

Today was the start of porridge season 😌

3 fl oz rolled oats
3 fl oz milk
3 fl oz warm water
Teaspoon of honey
Sprinkling of blueberries

I've been having ramen with an egg and some chopped onion for about a year now. Cheap and easy to eat, but not especially healthy and I often don't feel well after I eat it. Today I had one egg scrambled with homemade hash browns. Felt good and kept me from being hungry all morning. And coffee, of course.

Toast with peanut butter and coffee

Quick go to breakfast is pain au chocolate. If I have more time I will have cereal. I will occasionally have toast but I find bread hard to digest.

I really like egg and cheese on toast most..like a sandwich. Other days I have a bowl of Honey nut Cheerios! Do you have them there?

Steel cut oatmeal slow cooked the night before with muesli and flax simmered in. One Texas toast with a bit of strawberry jam spread on it and I'm ready to go.

Bacon sarnie ( brown bread ) and a caramel latte

4 eggs over easy, 4 slices of Spam, 3 Flour Tortillas, and a glass of cold Orange Juice. 🤤

Spam, poached eggs and rice. And plenty of black coffee.

A plate of home fries topped with two scrambled eggs and covered with sausage gravy 😋😋😋

Proper coffee in one hand, ciggy in the other, it's important to have a balanced diet...

Whole grain cereal, or oatmeal, with fruit, coffee.

My kids had eggs over easy, sauge toast and milk

Eggs n bacon in a sandwich

A cup of Maxwell House Instant with sweetener and creamer.

Smoothie and a piece of toast

a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a cup of coffee

Coffee and toast with Vegemite and a cigarette

Tea and toast is my preference too

Tea and toast or crumpets.

Cold cereal

Cereal and tea.

Nothing British
