Cornflakes - at least, we ate more of them than any other cereal, and I still do.

For some reason our family habitually sprinkled sugar on cereals. When I started living in my own home I dropped the habit. The big-name cereals are stuffed with surplus sugar, making many of the "own brands" seem not very sweet; but the manufacturers not adding sugar makes the latter better for you as well as for your bank balance.

I usually had oatmeal as a kid.

But if I had a choice of breakfast cereal, my favorites were waffle crisp and Oreo O's. Basically sweets for breakfast! 🤣

I wasn't that picky but always wanted a chocolate cereal. When I finally tried one I found out it wasn't even that good.

Never had them as a kid, but these days I love Cocoa Puffs as a dessert/snack.

Rice crispies, I only had them at my grandmas.
